Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing in addition to transit time of the shipping method you have selected.

Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to accept returns for refund only within 14 days of you receiving the merchandise. No returns after 14 days.
All tags must be intact; merchandise must not have been worn or used; and include the itemized receipt.
We will issue a refund for the amount of items returned excluding shipping charges to the original credit card on the order. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item was shipped.
NO RETURNS ON PRE-ORDER OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
NO COD RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SWIMWEAR OR UNDERGARMENTS.

Please follow these instructions when returning/exchanging an item:
- Please include name, address, and phone number.
- Please list the items(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice or separate sheet of paper and note the reason.
- If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want by noting it on the invoice or a separate sheet of paper.
- If you want exchanges sent to a different address, please note this as well.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include all of the return/exchange information.
