What are Free Returns via Redo?

We now offer return protection for online orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout.

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or refund for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

We will be happy to accept returns for online orders for refund within 14 days of you receiving the merchandise.

In-store purchase returns for store credit only within 14 days on regularly priced merchandise. No returns on in-store purchases of sale merchandise. No returns after 14 days.

All tags must be intact; merchandise must not have been worn or used; and include the itemized receipt.

We will issue a refund for the amount of items returned excluding shipping charges to the original credit card on the order. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item was shipped.

 NOTE: Please send returns ONLY to the above location, in Menlo Park, CA. 

Please follow these instructions when returning an item:

  1. Please include name, address, and phone number.
  2. Please list the items(s) that you are returning on the invoice or separate sheet of paper and note the reason.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include all of the return information.
